Elbow Lane believes in a developmentally appropriate program for all our children based on the highest standards in early childhood education. Our curriculum design meets or exceeds the standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), Pennsylvania Keystone Stars, 4A and the Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts criteria. Our dual-licensed center serves the Central Bucks School District and surrounding communities. Elbow Lane is supported by administrators, early childhood and elementary degreed teachers and staff who are continually involved in professional development. This ongoing staff education meets the daily challenges and changes in the early childhood environment and demonstrates our commitment to quality care and education.
At Elbow Lane, our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, caring environment in which children can grow physically, socially, emotionally and educationally. We will provide daily opportunities for all children to build their self-esteem, enhance strengths, improve weaknesses, challenge and stimulate creativity, and promote self-sufficiency. We support family partnerships, and together we build for “our” children’s future.
